Droplets

After a stint of stupendous rain, droplets assembled for a conference with the reflection of a row of lights over a glass. This snap was taken when I was relishing hot tomato soup inside a cozy restaurant and it was raining outside. Bangalore is witnessing rains on daily basis, last week onwards. Hope the rain Gods continue to shower love over the city, as always.

Disclaimer : My mobile's camera is used to capture it, so, couldnt get a better quality.

mohan,
I didnt snap it up, but just snapped it in. ;)

Rajesh,
yeah that too at 10:30PM, when lights are on, from a certain distance, this snap captures the moment as I saw it. Cant believe it from a cell phone right?

Veena,
Wonderful poem... Inviting the rains home!! I like the idea.

There is one Telugu song...
"InnaLLaku gurutochana vaana....
EnnaLLanu daakkonTaave paina...
ChuTTam la vasthave. ChooseLLi pOtAve...
Achanga nA to ne nityaM uMTaanaMTe cheyAra cheera deesukona..!!

Nuvvu vastanaMTe nEnoddaMTaana...."

she complains that rains just come and go like a visitor, and she wants the rains to stay with her always. If rains stayed with her, she would get her a saree!!
Beautiful poem isnt it?

super!!

at first sight, i thought it to be a pic from heaven up above, one of those on celestial bodies :p

on looking at it carefully, i noticed those small droplets spread everywhere... one thing that i really liked are those patches of light arranged in perfect order.

reborn,
im proud of the little utilty that I own. Come on, its not just a mobile. Its something else that can even be used to receive and make calls. ;)

Pranesh avare,
me and PM go out together, yes, yes. But he is a serious photographer, not me though.
Thanks for the poem. Good wishes bundled in those four lines. super.

Nature keeps spinning surprises...and how!!

mouna,
I know u like super(the expression) very much...and i came to know that u use it nicely too.
Thanks for those lines. You have poetry in your words.

professor,
Thank you!!

Do you guys observe, its a capture of reflection of lights on the droplets that are refracted thru a glass cover?

srik this is an incredible photo! At first I thought it was from NASA - some kind of astronomical phenomenon, and was wondering what droplets you're talking about... :) Excellent composition.
